Help with error 0xc000007b the game Dauntless.

Hello, help me to solve this error with the game Dauntless(in other games there are no errors)
I played this game for two days. When I wanted to go back to it I get a bunch of errors (no dll files), when I with these errors handled there is a new one I can't decide about three days. I used to go fine, but now I can't.

My operating system: Windows 8.1 x64
DirectX version: 11(the maximum for my Windows 8.1)
Version of Microsoft Visual C++:Version all years
Version Microsoft Net Framework version:the maximum version of the other
Installed the nvidia driver

Solutions to this problem which I have tried which have not worked:
1.Run as administrator
2.Reinstallation of all drivers
3.cmd with sfc /scannow command
4.Launched in mode at capacity with all the versions of Windows
5.Deleted the dll files in the SysWow64 folder and System32 folder and tried to replace
6.I tried to solve the error using the program Dependency Walker 64bit
7.Turned off the firewall and antivirus prog

My video card: ASUS GTX 1050TI
My CPU: AMD FX 6300(Six-Core)
My RAM: 12GB DDR3

Please advise how can I resolve this problem...
