Television of the USSR, 90s and 2000s

So, I propose this thread to discuss everything related to Soviet and Russian TV in the past years. The questions and the memories of old TV shows, channels, screen savers, leading advertising and even music videos.



I have one question for people who remember the TV of the ' 90s (I'm sure those on the forum a lot).

Somewhere in 1996 on RTR channel after the program News showed one video. I don't remember exactly what it was (sort of something like social ads, but not 100% sure), but I very well etched in the memory of its beginning. A noisy city street is a woman-brunette (remember that she had long dark hair), dressed in a blue shirt, a short skirt and black tights. In her right hand she carries a thin black suitcase. And so she goes, and at that time utters some phrase in English. Then she stops and puts the suitcase on the ground. At this point the camera shows a closeup of her feet, she leans over and touches his knees to the trunk, and then her legs are BLACK (or in other words, these sheer tights become opaque), and the heroine slowly gets up and walks by them with a suitcase on. After this scene, there was another where the same woman was sitting in some dark room Smoking a cigarette.

So, my question is - does anyone remember even the above video, what it was, is it possible to find in the Internet??? I'm interested in what the actress was and what the phrase she had uttered.
