Green stripes (Fallout 4)

the problem for me: generally when I go into vats mode in construction mode or pick up prophetic when Omote all filled with some green (sometimes yellow) stripes.
please tell me what to do. Could this be related to the fact that the game is in full screen mode will not run (crashes or runs minimized)
I did windowed mode without frames in the file prefs put your permission. Somehow maybe related? please help.
