Caching shaders on or off? (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

Guys caching shaders on or off in the settings of Nvidia? much it affects performance in games like The Witcher 3, 2016 Doom, Deus ex MD? I have a HDD, much this feature eats resources drive, worry about the drive when you power on?
