How to add a friend to your party at the COOP? (State of Decay 2)

I bought the game on the PC, added a friend to the session, but he has his own squad and I have mine.
In the end, taking all the resources to me and the community rots.
Is it possible to add it to his community, so he could in my warehouse to dig and that he had profit when he's taking resources on my base?
