Bug zablokirovan team members (Mass Effect: Andromeda)

guys,this problem,after a flight on a winter planet, the team only 2 characters,the rest are blocked,can you help?

if so,that is normal,I just flew on EOS, and they were blocked,only Pb and a new type of Hangar

Damn, same problem. Checked the save last night - can't change squad members. All except Pb and Jaala closed. Here, even the desire to play is gone.
