Where can I get a rune stone? (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

Question: what rune stone gives a silver color of the runic pattern on the sword? Or is it some mod?

It's not a mod. Just on some of the swords (curved) any runes appear so. The color depends on the elements runes

Yes, it's not a mod just ech you need to put the stone , the color of the pattern will depend tzveta stone or combination of stones
