Black silhouettes in the game (Tales from the Borderlands)

Hello. Here there was such problem...
I downloaded Tales from the Borderlands. Everything seems fine - sound, graphics... But instead of the characters shown black silhouettes.
I tried to change the resolution, set the game on low quality, ran as Administrator, rebooted, the computer was reinstalled, was periodoral 3 times - still there are these eerie black silhouettes with eyes. To play it, the dialogue shows the problems with the management there, but because you want to fully see the characters, their faces, facial expressions, how they look, not just dark figures with eyes. X)
Has anyone encountered a similar problem? Is there any ways to resolve this problem?
