You know the guy, here there are games where no matter how much you want to modify the mechanics will not work... Just developed so everything is Packed, to no one there his nose did not stick, and so, this is one of them.
I also hate the flashlight, which does not include manually, but then alas, nothing to do.
He see your game folder there and edit but one .ini file there is nothing, everything's Packed, and open bags of the game there is often unpacker special need, that doesn't always exist in a free access to the same encrypted file again. I hope now you understand the problem? There are just no options.
