OCDecorator has some similar functionality. There like it is possible to place any items as you want. But I have not tried.

I read somewhere that in earlier versions of this mod (Nuka-Cola Display Racks and Vim) I need the feature was implemented. but after updating fashion, shelves and supports for the alcohol removed. don't know the pressure of fighters for sobriety. the search for the old version was not successful
