The problem in the main menu. (Fallout 4)

People dobrogo time of day, a very strange problem: in the main menu and running the mouse and keyboard (in plan switching), but to choose nothing (which is weird, because the first time you play, Download button black and if you click on it then there is some kind of sound, and the rest is not pressed anything)
PS Tried to Prefs'Ah disable gamepad... nothing helped

the game is not correct stood up. And data enough to still understand what could happen.
