Cave with a sword improved school cat. (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

During the search for improved steel sword into a cave, there at the end of the cave there is a door. How to open it? Thought there would be a quest, but I already proshol entire game and this quest is not found. Pliz tell me how to get there.
