well, as I was doing the subs just after release, I remember what I was looking for a game file,opened with Notepad and in a particular row manually changed English in russish, but which file I do not remember, I will try to look again,but no promises

In order to enable the Russian language, you need...
off Steam, then find the file...
\Steam\SteamApps\appmanifest_208650.acf
to make a backup copy of this file.
Next, find in this file the line...
language english
and replace it with...
language English
so in-game subtitles will be in Russian.

Downloaded the very a pirate without the patch and passed 100% with no drop in fps )
Minimum fps was around 65 at 2K resolution and everything on ultra)
True chips of NVIDIA they were all disabled.

To open file Launcher.ini located in the \Batman Arkham Knight\BMGame\Config\
Under [Launcher] to find the string "default=Int" and replace with "default=Eng"
Save the file and run the game
or look in the properties of the game available languages

It does not support Russian language, it's the incentive!
