Mod to reduce time termoformowania (Stellaris)

Please tell me the mod to reduce time termoformowania and reducing time of construction of mega structures(ring world,Dyson sulfur). In the workshop only one more or less working fashion seen on termoformowania,but the author abandoned after the upgrade does not plow(
