Heating RAM and SSD above 60\' (Far Cry: Primal)

When you start the game at the recommended settings is the high heat of RAM and SSD-drive. The main processor, bridge and video card are working normally.
Would suggest that the problem with iron, however, in Adobe Premier Pro 8,0
mode video processing all of the iron completely at room temperature.
The frequency and power of any one component does not accelerate.
