Took the example of fallout nv if I have everywhere . The photo is poorly noticeable , but if you look closely you can notice the contours of the right hand . and so I have all the textures , just a photo of a small resolution .

When I had problems with the textures (they are stretched, superimposed, turned into a solid jungle), it was solved by changing drivers vidyahi. So start there - roll on the previous or on the contrary put the latest.
