How to get the game stable 25-30 fps? (Battlefield 1)

AMD Athlon X4 635-3.3 GHZ(overclocked)
Nvidia GTX 650
8 GB OF RAM
How to consistently get at least 25-30 fps?Maybe there are some configs or something?It is impossible to play,constant freezes.
