Error"General protection fault!\" (Mass Effect)

Welcome.
Decided to again play in the trilogy begun with Mass Effect (1). A few days the game was fine, but after upgrading to Windows 10 Creators Update when you start the game that is now out the window

Please help to understand.
Reinstalling the game did not solve the problem.

Well, it's the first thing I did.

as an option, to install all the extra software that comes with the game, and put compatibility. I have vin8 everything is fine

The problem was solved by rolling back Windows updates to a previous build.
