If you want to switch from Intel to NVIDIA then you need to:
1) go to the nVidia control Panel
2)find the tab Manage 3D Settings , click on it(if the Russian version setting 3D)
3)then there is a button called integrated graphics, click on it and select high-performance nvidia processor

I know about this stuff. And even unscrewed everything on low, but does not help. Even turned off the Intel in dispecher of userauth, appear very hard lag even in the chapters menu
