Installing working mods (Euro Truck Simulator 2)

mod on the Magnum cross is not working.

in General, I have only carrier is not returned empty together with Mod All unlocked version 09.04.17 (v1.27.x) .

don't want to play with everything open and a bunch of dough, I wanted to install some truck mod cargos, graphics, real names of companies, a new unloading point, the map grew.spaces or rusma and all slowly to open, but no one downloaded the mod isn't running.
