The problem with the resolution (Assassin's Creed: Syndicate)

Greetings to all, the problem is the following:

Flattened image (in other games does not).

Monitor resolution - 1600x900 (native);
8 GB of RAM;
Processor - Amd Fx-8300;
Graphics Card: Geforce Gtx 950 (Asus Strix).

I would be grateful for help :)

Resolution 1600x900, 16:9 ratio (tried different), the whole screen (it tried), 60 Hz (the monitor too)
