Need help !!! (Call of Duty: Black Ops 3)

When you start the game pirates a window POPs up with the text win safe mode body and a choice of two buttons to answer Yes or no when choosing one or the other nothing happens the game does not run(the computer characteristics are suitable) how to fix please tell me???
