Again this error... (The Sims 4)

Hello! I have more than a month trying to run the Sims 4 and all my attempts have not crowned success.
Previously, everything worked fine, but I wanted to update the game and download a new addition, then all rolled...into a deep hole.
Briefly, I get out first error orangeemu.dll;
And then 0xc0000142.
I tried to run as administrator (only way I play and run), change the compatibility mode. Updated everything that was asked on the websites. But the error remained.
At some point, all these errors disappeared, but...I just run a white screen, held for 5 seconds. And then it was gone.
Windows 10, all updates installed. I have no idea what to do.

This question was already asked on the forum, and solved it of course in different ways, but the most common ones:
1) Disable Hyper-V;
2) Check in the quarantine antivirus, not whether he ate the pill; (the Way to the pirated version)
3) Run *.exe depending on your bitness of the system, i.e. TS4_x64 or TS4.exe

1. Hyper-V I have off
2. He is the exception in all antivirus programs.
3. Automatically enabled.
And still the error occurs OrganeEmu64.dll - Hello

Then you can try to download the file separately OrangeEmu.dll and to place it in the root folder of the game or disable virtualization in the BIOS/UEFI.
