Of course ... even Then BodySlide will not help. :-)
There is one medic to change the NPCs within the game - NPC Editor.

In game you can do it
You must first install the skeleton - XPMSE Maximum Skeleton Extended
Then mod running companions Extensible Follower Framework
Two fashion Sky UI, and RaceMenu version 4.1 or higher
