Statuses on the complexity of survival (Fallout 4)

Is present bug with the statuses, they do not correspond to the real statuses(for example it is written that a great famine reduced the speed of the restoration of the od, but actually it is fatigue, easy thirst is called strong, etc.), there are fixes?
