Bug! Merchants no longer sell weapons, armor and Mods on the weapon! (Mass Effect: Andromeda)

After the mission aboard the flagship of the Archon merchants ceased to sell weapons, armor, and Mods for weapons, as well as weapons, armor and Mods on the weapon do not fall in the remains and containers. What LVL? There is a known bug where emnip with 61-70 suddenly stops dropping loot. Then will take place.
