Looking for a mod to Association locations (The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim)

very concerned about the fact that in some locations ( e.g. in yorwaste 2 locations instead of one ) looking for a mod to Association

Asked the same question.... In short, the game engine won't do it, there is a mod to make public the city, but he brings a lot of bugs....
