Collection tips PC

I'll be brief. At the moment we have:
Intel Core i3 3.2 Ghz
4GB RAM
AMD HD 5??? - 1024GB VRAM.

The hands have a 15-16 thousand. Advise the most productive PC improvements. What accessories can take? Preferably with a ratio"the price-quality.

Only more RAM, better buy dermansky bar at 4GB for a thousand and a half, because in the future you're probably going to take the mother to DDR4. Then those old strap to the Commission to take and the rest of the junk there too.
