Black screen.

Hi,I have Windows 7 I want to record video. Unfortunately I have a problem with his record. I used Fraps and Bandicam when recording everywhere a black screen but has audio. I recorded full screen and recorded through the Bandicam window at the table,the result is the same - black screen and there is sound. Removed KB2670838 did not help.Was once long ago tried to zastititi through OBS everything turned out in good quality. Please help.
