Stream for this game is disabled (Tales of Zestiria)

Start the game,choose voice press to start the game,but the game won't load and pishit that Stream for this game disabled what to do???
Piratical was all Claudia can sacrati only if you press ALT+F4

https://vk.com/tales_of_zestiria_steam here is the old error problem is solved by the rejection of Steam Beta Update (Steam/ Settings/ Account/ Beta/ Change/ to OPT - out of all beta programs/Restart Steam)
