Hands in the air as they run up the ledge (Far Cry 3)

When we climb to a ledge somewhere, the hands do not cling to him and weigh in air.Help solve the problem!!!(it's doable, but slightly annoying)

Just in the graphics settings pokalbi with a range of drawing distance (can't remember how exactly it was called). Put it on low, get a game there.
