Wrye Bash. Where can I download the normal version (The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim)

To create a patch for the leveled lists, do the following:
1. To install the program, run it, produce the initial configuration (specify the installation directory of the game, if the program does not find);
2. A window will open with list of mods, where find bashpatch.esp, click on it with the LMB, and click create (to put a tick and to remove it is not advisable, as you can inadvertently make bagnuty patch), the program will find all mods with leveled lists, and will make the patch uniting them;
3. Tick the newly created patch
