Bugfix skins units (Sid Meier's Civilization 6)

After the release of DLS Persia and Macedonia, Persian units why is it white, should be black, went to Base/ Assets/ Gameplay/ Data/ Civilizations and open there settings Nations Ethnicity, for example if you change EURO to say other ethnic group, they still remain white, although in Civ 5 this way it was possible to change the skins of units. Guys, please tell me how to change the skins of units, and whether it is possible? And it hurts the eyes when playing for white Persians or white Scythians, thanks in advance
