The personal quests of companions (Mass Effect: Andromeda)

Do I need to do something for their appearance? And at the moment (3 planets at 100%, arrived on 4th, where the Exiles) I have a quest only from Pibi and Cora (that's Cora I wait until she hacks something there)
These quests are needed to level the last skill from teammates
