Can't install mod KNIGHT RIDER license (Grand Theft Auto 5)

I have tried many times to install mod KNIGHT RIDER, but it was even. Guides on youtube very few, and those that are just useless! If anyone knows how to install it, then immediately write.

Make sure you have installed visual c++ and microsoft framework.Copy all files from the scripts folder(in fashion) in the scripts folder of your GTA.And run a single game
