How to raise FPS in Novigrad? (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)
Throughout the game lag only in Novigrad. Graphics on low already put - did not help. I read that the draw distance will help, the current is not found where lower.In Novigrad, a priori, will have less FPS,there's a heavy scene.
Try lowering the settings responsible for the number of NPCs and Shadows(as wrote above)

Is that a joke? In the graphics settings is draw distance, where the slider is.
if you have a slow Witcher, give your PC to the Museum, my 5 year old second PC fly the Witcher 3.
If lowering graphics doesn't help, then most likely the case in the process, reduce the number of NPCs in the settings to percent less action for them to count we had, it can help...

Turn on vertical sync to lock to 30 fps helped me to solve the problem with friezes.

The Witcher 3 I fly at 50-60 fps at medium-high graphics settings.

Similar situation, but with all selenom almost. In other locations stable fps and without any lag, no matter toussainte I skellige or in the white garden, and in Velenje and especially Novigrad sagging even in the most detailed areas.
