Question about bronze set (Far Cry 3)

1)Who bought this pack, if there is a FC3 Russian language? I know that the game is localized,but the description says En. And,for example, in FC there is no Russian(in this version) screen http://prntscr.com/eobphy
2)As they do if the ACC'e already have the game from the pack?
