So either you did something wrong when installing, or your extra stuff is not compatible with SVVE.
1; Put NPC red dress (or go look at Magnolia) and you'll understand immediately: wrong or not.
2; Try to check put the mod Set Frank suits (SVVE) - if they work correctly, that means your extra stuff is not exactly compatible with SVVE.
