well, it's not playable ,it's time to run for i9 and 2080ti,but I would have just lowered a few sliders and continued to play on ,but on NG, apparently it's neopreme ,only ultra only top fps

In PS 4 Pro processor frequency 2.13 GHz, XBox One X - 2.3 GHz, so I think new consoles will be around 3 GHz, not 1.5.

Besides, consoles are better optimized - BF V shows 60 fps with dips on consoles, although the CPU there laptop stuff.

So on PC it is better to have the performance reserve.
