Dull image (Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six: Siege)

Guys, bought the game, installed it but to play hard, why is the image blurred, it is blurry muddy, no definition, fonts rasplyvetsya. tried to take screenshots to show here, but on screen the image is clear! Checked in the division, everything is fine! What's the matter? All settings on ultra at 1080. when installed chose to install the ultra HD textures.

Dull image can still be related to permission settings of the screen I have the default exposed settings beyond which the monitor supports 1920 by 1200 ...almost 4K .
