CPU power on the motherboard

On the motherboard 8pin connector for the CPU on the PSU 4+4 pin. Actually the question, 4+4 becomes the parent, but the inputs differ. This is the norm? Whether to nourish a mother of 4+4 (is that what I need, percent 125 watts)?
I read that it is divided 8pin. But the entrance is a little different, scared to run

So like always in BP are not 8 and 4+4. The manufacturer can not provide, for a mate. the Board will connect the power supply.
upd: as I wrote above - you're unlikely to plug something if it doesn't fit. Unless You have a lot of power)
