Armor level Grandmaster (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

Downloaded a save for the Witcher there was a lvl 70 using the console this level, armor(the game was nothing to do) grandmaster put 100lvl and armor left 70 what to do? how to make higher level armor in different videos on YouTube I saw that they have a lvl 93 to raise the reservation from 70 to 93 of the level ?! please tell me I would be grateful.

Because you have to mod to put in level scaling of armor and swords.

In the video campaign, new game+ is started. because I have the same grandmaster LVL 93 with all available. I have a new game+
