How to remove four non-capitalized scan? (NieR: Automata)

When you expand to full screen the monitor shows 1920x1080 60i(four line scan) how to make progressive? The problem only occurs in this game and only in full screen.

PC:
CPU: i74790k
GPU: Geforce GTX 1070
Monitor: samsung t22b350
