Lead network operations? (Watch_Dogs 2)

Hey all, just started to play and the question arose over whether the network operation and cheats ctOS? So far I passed a few of these missions and new tasks all appear and appear. Who knows if they will end or everyone will appear? Just decided first to go through side missions to gain experience points.
