Bug Chamberlain quest \"the Audience\" (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

In the quest the Audience when need to get dressed and talk to the Chamberlain, and he disappears.. Is version 1.04 and dlc 4.. can't go any further what can be done?

I have the game in GOG then you choose the library of installed games. It Witcher and there next to the play button there is a button more. There choose configure it to check/fix. Checks - fix and then fucking the Valet comes to life. I helped!
