As I understand it, slow-mo still with consoles. No network code is not corrected, but probably will not:)
At the moment there is a list of arenas, which is worth playing.
Spoilerfree which will not nearly be present brake\lag\delay (checked many times):
1. Goro's Lair
2. Pit (Day/Night)
3. Shao Kahn's throne room

Arena for the brake\logs\delay, but with some players in these arenas you can play:
1. The Armory
2. Living Forest
3. Pit Bottom
4. Soul Chamber
5. Shang Tsung's throne room
6. The Tower

Arenas are not recommended to play:
1. Bell Tower
2. Courtyard (Day/Night)
3. Deadpool
4. The Graveyard
5. The Rooftop (all)
6. Shang Tsung's garden (day/night)
7. The Subway
8. The Temple
9. Wastelands

Arena that generally it is not recommended to choose:
1. The Desert
2. Flesh Pit
3. Hell
4. Shao Kahn's Coliseum
5. The street

on the computer,especially in the rooms,I even the king of the mountain can not go,on consoles everything is fine,on the computer lags.

as far as I one person explained that the game is tuned for 60fps , and if it drops below 60 you or your opponent that is included is slow mo , so remove the anti-aliasing off and will be all happy
