Quests precursors (Stellaris)

Guys! Someone knows the algorithm for obtaining the quests precursors?
Started a new batch, dropped irradiance, but after the restart they fell after the research is another planet, after the 2nd reboot they just do not dropped after the exploration of the nearest space.

Is there a command to start the quest of faces? Because the world gears 20 and live metal is clearly tastier one-time boosts to research.

You can try add_anomaly cybrex_uninhabitable_category, it must add the anomaly after studying which starts a chain of events Faces. But I don't know how it works, we should probably choose a planet and enter.

but you need to wait until the science ship will fly up to investigate peeledaway object to allocate and ship prozhat that shit....her GD I don't *** where is the logic....but the ship would be considered a planet by the trigger...I need a drink...
