Our place have a bucket of the civilized world, along with the same African countries, and when we accept that, then all will be well. I don't think that the people of Africa and India think about such things as education, earning their living, it is not their business.
There are countries that dragged the world of science and progress forward, but Russia is not among them, and that's fine. So what are we sad about our education system?
