How to solve the problem \"black screen\"? (Grim Dawn)

The game constantly (every 20-30 minutes) the image disappears, the screen is completely black. The sound disappears and the game hangs. Even the game interface: I can press Escape, causing the main menu and hearing to get to the button exit game (already learned).

I read on the official game forum about similar problems, but none of the suggested solutions did not help.

Video card driver updated. Tried to play with the game settings, nothing solved the problem.
