Error DE-016-01 (STEEP)

Can't login to the game, it gives this error, or another error DE-012-01, saying that I have problems with Internet, although Internet is working fine(how else would I have this topic written). Moreover, after several retries to log in to the server, it still let me play, but only for a few minutes and crashes with the same error. The only thing I have problems with the cloud service to which it cannot connect, but it with this error worked fine, no problems. Nowhere in the Internet this error code is not found.
